NEWBORNS
Newborn portraits are my favorite type of sessions. Capturing the new life brought into the world the first 2 weeks after birth are the most precious memories that will surely last a lifetime.
These are special sessions that can take up to 4 hours.
How are the sessions set up?
Safety is my priority. I photograph in a quiet environment and I use a very sturdy newborn stand with a newborn beanbag poser underneath. I attach multiple soft blankets and smaller bean posers under the baby to get the different positions desired as well as a heating pad to keep baby warm and cozy.
For the parents!
It is best to arrive BEFORE the baby's next feeding. Feeding upon arrival is highly suggested so the baby gets good and sleepy for photos.
What to bring?
Prepare to bring enough bottles and diapers for baby for 4 hours.
I have an array of wraps, outfits and props for baby girls and boys. However, I encourage parent's to bring an outfit or something special from home to be featured in the session!
What does it cost and what is included?
Newborn sessions start at $200 with a non refundable retainer of $75 to secure your date and includes:
-up to 4 hours
-unlimited digital downloads
-2 outfit and backdrop changes
-professionally edited images
For additional outfit and backdrop changes, a $25 fee will be applied.
Final payment must be made 2 weeks before session. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of session and absolutely NO REFUNDS. Payment plans accepted!
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours prior to scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee deducted from final payment.
Client(s) are allowed one free reschedule unless due to weather conditions.
